Freki - Low-Cut OWB Magazine Carrier

Ravenous Speed. Instant Replenishment.

Named after one of the Allfather’s loyal wolves, the Freki Low-Cut Magazine Carrier is built to feed your firearm with lightning-fast velocity. Engineered explicitly for Outside the Waistband (OWB) range training, competition, and high-speed dynamic environments, this carrier strips away all unnecessary bulk to maximize your reload efficiency.

By lowering the front and side walls of the Kydex shell, the Freki allows your index finger to establish a full, master grip on the magazine body the moment your hand hits the pouch. When seconds count, this carrier ensures none of them are wasted.

Performance Features:

• Precision MRD Tuning: Built with an integrated Magazine Retention Device (MRD), allowing you to make micro-adjustments to your retention.
• Aggressive Low-Cut Geometry: Shaved-down front profile exposes maximum magazine surface area, allowing a flawless thumb-and-index finger index for high-speed reloads.
• Slightly Flared Mag Mouth: Features a subtly radiused entry lip that guides your magazine smoothly into the carrier for fast, blind re-indexing without looking down.
• Streamlined OWB Footprint: Custom thermoformed to sit incredibly tight against the belt line, minimizing your horizontal profile on a range or competition belt.

Specifications:

• Carry Position: Outside the Waistband (OWB) Range / Competition
• Retention Engine: Adjustable MRD (Magazine Retention Device) – Allen key included
• Material: 0.080" Heavy-Duty Kydex
• Attachment: Heavy-duty 1.5" or 1.75" open and closed loop belt mounts and MOLLE attachments are available for maximum stability,
• Optimized Right-Handed Orientation: Specifically engineered to be worn on the left side of the body for right-handed shooters. This places the magazine in the ideal anatomical position for a fast, index-finger-forward draw sequence.

Note:  Be sure to select your correct firearm/magazine model and preferred OWB mounting hardware from the dropdown menus before checking out.

Hand Dominance Note: By default, these speed-cut carriers are built for right-handed shooters (worn on the left side of the body, bullets facing forward).

A Note on Your Foundation:

Low-cut carriers rely heavily on a stiff belt line to maintain their vertical angle during a rapid upward mag draw. Pair your Freki carrier with a rigid Kore Essentials X7 Tactical Belt or MOLLE Battle Belt to eliminate carrier twist and guarantee a perfect release every time.
