Einar Custom Kydex — Shipping Policy

At Einar Custom Kydex, we handle every order with the precision and attention to detail it deserves. Because our gear is handcrafted and made-to-order, your purchasing experience includes both production lead times and carrier transit times. Please review our shipping practices below.

1. Production Lead Times. Unlike mass-produced, off-the-shelf items, our custom holsters and gear are individually molded, cut, and finished by hand. Current production lead times are reflected on the homepage and can fluctuate based on order volume and material availability.   are subject to change at any time. This lead time does not include shipping time. 

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates. We ship nationwide across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

3. Shipment Confirmation & TrackingOnce your gear passes final quality control inspection, it is packaged securely for transit.You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is printed. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages. Einar Custom Kydex is not responsible for products damaged, lost, or stolen during transit once handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, your local mail carrier, or your local post office branch before contacting us. If your tracking stops updating entirely or arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to file a claim directly with the carrier.

5. Address Corrections. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, notify us at einarcustomkydex@gmail.com  within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the delivery address once a package has left our facility, and the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship packages returned to us due to an incorrect address.
