1. Firearm Safety & Assumption of Risk Disclaimer
Firearms are inherently dangerous weapons. The user assumes any and all risk, responsibility, and liability associated with the handling, storage, carry, and use of a firearm while using Einar Custom Kydex products.

It is the user’s absolute responsibility to possess the proper training, knowledge, and discipline required for safe firearm handling. Einar Custom Kydex is not a substitute for formal firearms training.

Fitment Verification: Before putting any holster into service, the user must verify fitment with an unloaded firearm. Check that the trigger guard is completely covered and that the holster securely retains the firearm without interfering with the trigger, safety mechanics, magazine release, or slide function.

Modifications: Do not attempt to alter, heat-mold, or modify your Einar Custom Kydex holster. Altering the product voids the warranty and may render the holster unsafe, increasing the risk of an accidental discharge.

Routine Inspection: Holster hardware (screws, clips, loops) can loosen over time due to body movement and firearm vibration. The user must regularly inspect all hardware and ensure thread integrity (the use of a removable thread-locking compound like Loctite 242 is strongly encouraged).

2. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Einar Custom Kydex, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including, but not limited to, personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, or loss of life—arising out of or connected with the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. By purchasing, you certify that you release Einar Custom Kydex from any liability resulting from accidental or negligent discharges, improper firearm handling, or product wear.

3. Compliance with Local, State, and Federal Laws
Firearm and concealed carry regulations vary drastically by state, county, and municipal jurisdiction.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer—not Einar Custom Kydex—to understand and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, open carry, or concealed carry of firearms and tactical gear in their area.

By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to purchase and possess the associated items and that you are not legally prohibited from owning firearms or related accessories.

4. Third-Party Trademarks
Einar Custom Kydex manufactures custom holsters designed to fit specific firearm models, weapon lights, and optics from various manufacturers (e.g., Glock®, SIG Sauer®, Smith & Wesson®, Streamlight®, SureFire®).

All third-party product names, logos, and brands referenced on our site are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes, claims, or actions arising from the use of this website or the purchase of Einar Custom Kydex products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Copperas Cove, Texas.
