Einar Custom Kydex — Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Einar Custom Kydex. We take immense pride in crafting high-quality, reliable gear tailored to your exact specifications. Because our products are handcrafted and custom-built, we govern our returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following policies.

1. Every custom item is individually molded and crafted to match your specific gear configuration (firearm model, weapon lights, optic cuts, and chosen colorways).  

Sales are Final: Because custom products cannot be easily resold, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom gear due to a change of mind, user preference, or a change in your firearm setup.  

Fitment & Function Guarantee: If your custom item does not fit perfectly out of the box, or if we made an error regarding your specifications, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will happily modify, repair, or replace your gear at zero extra cost to you.  

Order Cancellations: Once a custom order is placed, you have a 24-hour window to request a cancellation. Beyond 24 hours, production materials are prepared, and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

2. Lifetime Warranty (Defects & Damages)

We stand behind our craftsmanship. All Einar Custom Kydex holsters and structural gear are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.  

What is covered: Structural failure of the Kydex, broken eyelets/rivets, or cracked shell material resulting from normal operational wear and tear.

What is NOT covered: Lost hardware, intentional modifications, abuse, or exposing the gear to extreme heat over 180°F (such as leaving it inside a hot vehicle), which causes Kydex to lose its shape.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Fitment Fix

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Packages received without prior authorization will be returned to the sender.  

Contact Support: Within 14 days.Email us at einarcustomkydex@gmail.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos/videos illustrating any fitment problems.

Receive Authorization (RMA): 1-2 business days.Our team will review your request. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Package and Ship: User-responsible shipping.Securely package the item. Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or packing error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Inspection and Resolution: 3-5 days from receipt.Once received and inspected, we will process your repair, exchange, or store credit/refund to your original payment method.

Important Reminder on Shipping: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Refunds on eligible non-custom items will only include the base cost of the product minus the restocking fee of 20 percent.
