Named after the Allfather’s legendary spear that never misses its target, the Gungnir Rifle Magazine Carrier is engineered to provide absolute security and rapid deployment for your primary defensive platform. Designed for Outside the Waistband (OWB) carry on range belts, duty rigs, or tactical training setups, this carrier ensures your backup rifle ammunition is always locked down and instantly accessible.

Precision thermoformed from ultra-thick Kydex, the Gungnir provides a secure, friction-locked boundary around your magazine, completely eliminating the loose rattling or fabric stretching found in nylon pouches.

Performance Features:

• Integrated MRD (Magazine Retention Device): Built with an internal MRD mechanism that allows for microscopic, precision retention adjustments. A simple turn of the hidden adjustment screw lets you dial in the exact drag friction needed for a clean, reliable rifle reload.
• Multi-Platform Caliber Fitment: Custom-tailored options available for standard 5.56/.223 platforms (AR-15/PMAG) as well as heavy-duty 7.62/.308 platforms, explicitly including H&K 417 proprietary magazines (select your magazine type from the dropdown menu).
• Ambidextrous Setup: Symmetrical outer molding allows you to orient the carrier on either side of your belt line with bullets facing forward or backward to match your specific reload style.
• Flared Entry Lip: Features a subtly widened mouth that acts as a funnel, allowing you to smoothly re-index your magazine without looking down or catching on the Kydex edges.
• Hand-Finished Duty Edges: Every edge is completely radiused and polished by hand in our workshop to prevent gear snagging and clothing wear during high-intensity movement.

Fully loaded rifle magazines are top-heavy and place intense outward leverage on your waistline. To prevent the carrier from flopping or twisting away from your body during movement, always mount the Gungnir to a rigid, reinforced Kore Essentials Belt.
